Amper was founded by Matus Balogh and Vishal Thacker.

Matus specialises in building GTM strategies & systems that empower businesses to bring their value in the market and drive measurable outcomes. He’s driven by alignment & effectiveness, with the end goal of enabling individuals & organisations build systems that allow them to see their impact in the market & world. In over 15 years, he’s worked with WPP, Nestlé, Tesco, AstraZaneca, various AdTech companies and startups.

Vishal helps individuals & organisations identify their unique essence to drive more informed communication & action. He specialises in unpacking essential narratives and reframing the story to drive tangible results for businesses & career changers. Began his career in brand strategy and has worked with brands such as Coca-Cola, Kellogg’s, Unilever and Danone, before he pivoted to speaking in executive education and has since spoken at London Business School, Warwick, IESE, IMD, HEC Paris, SDA Bocconi and others.
